05. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

Leased vehicles must be returned in good condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear. The lessee is responsible for:

• Routine maintenance and upkeep.
• Any damage not covered by insurance.
• Fines, tolls, or violations incurred during the lease term.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pacific Leasing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Vehicle availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
